Steering Committee Advice and Coaching
Effective Steering Committees are critical to achieve successful project and program outcomes, by guiding and supporting them throughout their journey.
We support the establishment of Steering Committees including training, education and coaching, and can also participate in your Steering Committee meetings, to provide an independent and unbiased perspective, based on a 'Fresh Pair of Eyes'.
Project and Program Establishment, Coaching and General Advice & Support
We can support you in setting up your new projects and programs for success from the start, putting adequate and 'fit for purpose' governance structures in place, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and general project advice on an as-needs basis throughout its lifecycle.
